• Bank Financing – 20% downpayment payable 10 mos.  80% Balance loanable to Bank. Developer will process your bank loan application.
• Inhouse Financing – 15% downpayment payable in 14 mos. 85% Balance loanable to Developer who will process your loan application.

 2.  Loan Terms

• Bank Financing – Maximum term is 15 yrs for OFW and 20% for locally employed.  Loan term will depend on Buyer’s age.  Interest rate is 8% per year.  However, prevailing interest rate will apply upon loan take-out.

3.  Start of Payment

• Downpayment  (for Bank & Inhouse financing) – 30 days after reservation date.
• Amortization (for Bank and Inhouse financing) – after full downpayment
