1.  Modes of Payment

  • Spot Cash Payment – Pay full Total Contact Price (TCP) within 7-30 days
  • Deffered Payment – No down. Pay full TCP in 12 equal monthly installment without interest.

  • Bank Financing – Maximum term is 15 yrs for OFW and 20% for locally employed.  Loan term will depend on Buyer’s age.  Interest rate is 8% per year.  However, prevailing interest rate will apply upon loan take-out.

3.  Start of Payment

  • Downpayment  (for Bank & Inhouse financing) – 30 days after reservation date.
  • Amortization (for Bank and Inhouse financing) – after full downpayment

7.  Reminders about Reservation Fees, Downpayments and Amortizations:

  • Misc. Fees  – to be paid during downpayment period in installment basis or full cash.

  • Are there restrictions on house improvement?  – Yes.  Buyer must submit sketches of improvement to Developer’s office for approval.  No deletion on any part of the house is allowed.
  • Why is the same house model has different prices?

House prices depends on lot area, orientation and location. Lower price for inner unit.  Higher price for end unit, corner lot, main road or near amenities.
